Natural Essential Oils are highly concentrated aromatics extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant. There are several different kinds of essential oils available, each with their own healing properties.

Essential oil can be Inhaled and absorbed through the skin. Essential oils are a natural, non-invasive modality designed to help in healing the whole person. They help to assist the body’s natural ability to balance, regulate, heal and maintain itself. I use essential oils in all my session to help with the healing process.

They are used for a variety of applications:

  • pain relief,
  • mood enhancement
  • Increases cognitive function.
  • induces relaxation
  • increases energy,
  • reduces the effects of stress
  • Restores lost balance to mind, body, and soul.”
  • Maintains and promote physical, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing.
